Session proposals can be submitted from 5 December 2022 to 30 June 2023. When submitting a session, the following steps are required:

  • Click on the link at the bottom of the page and follow the procedure to register your data. Once submitted your data you will be redirected to the registration and submission area. Click on the icon “Call for Sessions” and follow the procedure accordingly with the following steps.
  • Define your session with a title and a short description (200–2500 characters).
  • Identify the lead conveners and co-conveners.
  • Submit your session proposal to one programme group only.
  • Define keywords. The keywords are used to identify potential session similarities, during building of the session programme and during session scheduling. The main target is inter-programme group overlaps. Keywords are not used to characterize sessions for online search tools.
  • Respect the session submission deadline. No submission will be accepted after the deadline.

The programme group chair and officers build the session programme from the session proposals.

You will be informed of acceptance of your session by email starting from 30 September 2023.

The programme group chair can also suggest proposed sessions that are similar to merge.

Registration of convenrs and co-conveners will be requested  at the acceptance of the session from the programme chairs.
