Registration fee for in-person attendance includes:

• Access to the scientific sessions
• Certificate of attendance
• Congress bag
• Access to Exhibition Area
• Access to coffee breaks, light lunches and welcome cocktail

Accompanying person fee – The Conference fee for an accompanying person includes the admission to Opening and Welcome afternoon activities and to Celebration of the World Soil of the Year and Closure of the Congress. This fee is intended for spouses, children, friends and relatives of the attending participants who do not have any connection to the conference sessions. Neither the Conference kit, refreshments, the allowance to the sessions nor the Certificate of Participation will be provided.

Online registration with Bank Transfer payment will close on 13 May, 2024. After this date and until 16 May only registrations with Credit Card payment will be accepted.

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CLOSED ON 16 MAY. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted (on site payments by credit card and cash are will be accepted).

REPLACEMENTS
Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of € 30 per participant after 15 April 2024.

VAT
Conference is liable for Italian VAT as it is classed under VAT legislation as “services” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (organizers of the conference).
Other Italian institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT exemption status.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICES 
Starting from 16 May 2024, ONLY ON SITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The payment of the registration fee can be done as follows:

– by Cash in € only

– by Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) 

Participants do not need to request the invoice since AIM Italy will issue and send invoices to all participants with confirmed and registered payment as per Italian regulation on incoming payments.

POLICIES
Each attendee must register separately
Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for a certain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at centennialiuss2024.reg@aimgroup.eu  by 15 April 2024. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of Congress Registration €50 + VAT
For cancellations received after 15 April 2024, no refund will be provided.
