AIM Group International company is available to manage additional Satellite Symposia or Workshops (sponsored or not) to be scheduled in the program on 20 and 21 May 2024.

In order to activate the procedure, the following information will be requested:

• Title and detailed program (including speakers and their affiliation) to be proposed to the Scientific Committee for approval.
• Size of the room requested for the Symposim/Workshop (in order to open the prebooking and limit the number of attendees).

We have rooms available with capacity 1000, 250, 190, 150, 100, 75, 50, 40, 30 pax.

• Duration of the Symposium/Workshop (max 60 minutes).

The Satellite Symposia will be proposed during the lunch break as Lunch Symposia and could be in parallel with other sessions (Satellite Symposia or Sponsored Sessions).

If the Symposium expenses will not be covered by a sponsoring company, additional registration fee will be requested to participants to cover the room rental, technical equipment expenses and lunch boxes to be distributed to the participants (option on request only).

In case of Sponsored sessions, the costs are listed in the Sponsorship prospectus and do not include the distribution of lunch boxes (available on request).
