VISA INFORMATION
Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.
The conference organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
Visas should be requested at least 4 months before departure as the application process can take several weeks.
The invitation letter to apply for visa can be requested donloaded from the registration platform using the dedicated procedure (passport information required).
Additional assistance may be requested by sending an email to visa@aimgroup.eu with subject “Centennial IUSS 2024 Invitation letter (VISA)” and including:
- Proof of payment of the Conference registration fee
- Copy of passport
- Proof of hotel booking
- Appointment at the Italian embassy/VFS/consulate
Requests received with incomplete documents will not be managed.
